Women Achiever Radhika Gupta - Businesswoman with the Midas touch!

Did you always wanted to be the Boss? Did you always have a lot of ideas, and your bosses didn’t necessarily agree? Did you always want to change the world?

Those are just the dreams and aspirations that Radhika Gupta (Director, CEO - RSB Wellness) always cherished that she could fulfill someday. And Viola, here she is today. She has overcome the fear, put in a lot of hard work, and yes, the rewards are fantastic.

Every successful entrepreneur started somewhere. There’s no “magic pill” that effortlessly launches you out of your cubicle confinement and into the free world of entrepreneurship. For some, the dream to be your own boss grows for a long time, even years, before it finally comes to fruition.

The truth is, great success in business grows from just one, tiny seed. Without much ado, let’s move on to the deep motivation and personal qualities that drove Radhika to make her big idea a reality.

What do you consider main achievement’s in life?

For me the biggest achievement in my life is to position myself in my dream field i.e. the aesthetics industry. Firstly to face the odds and the challenges that came with demonetization and the new policies, just when our newly launched brand RSB Wellness was launched and finally coming out of those difficult times. Also establishing our brand RSB in an extremely competitive field in just a span of two years paid off rich dividends.

Which qualities do women need to imbibe within themselves to be more empowered?

The most important quality that a women needs to be empowered is to realize one’s own potential. As females, we are always made to feel that we are not up-to-the-mark. The option is to stay focused, all problems have penultimate solutions. If you set your mind on it, any hard phase will sail smoothly.

Which causes related to Women would you like to support?

The first cause is Girl Education and through our NGO we support girl education as the saying says: To teach a women is to teach a family.

Secondly, it is the health and hygiene of the Girl child as they are of utmost importance to live a basic quality life. Female hygiene is extremely low in India that leads to health complications of females which needs to be addressed seriously.

Thirdly and most importantly is their safety and freedom. If we expect them to be educated, work independently and do well in life, we need to give them the mobility along with safety. We cannot expect them to work equally like men unless they cannot move safe.
