Eight, one of Mumbai's premier dining destinations, is set to transport guests to the vibrant streets of Bangkok with an exclusive Thai pop-up featuring BeautyEats, a brand that has become synonymous with authentic Thai flavors in India. This collaborative event promises to be a gastronomic journey, blending Eight's reputation for culinary excellence with BeautyEats' commitment to genuine Thai tastes.
BeautyEats, the brainchild of Priyanka Mahendru Seth, has a
story as rich and intriguing as its flavors. What began as a passion project in
a Mumbai kitchen has blossomed into a beloved brand, known for their authentic
Thai curry pastes and condiments — bringing the true essence of Thai cuisine to
Indian homes.
This underground culinary movement laid the foundation for BeautyEats, which has since gained recognition for its commitment to authentic Thai flavors using locally sourced Indian produce & traditional family recipes passed down through generations.
The pop-up at Eight will
showcase BeautyEats' signature dishes and curry pastes and guests can
expect a menu offers a true taste of Thailand's diverse culinary landscape.
