Woman Achiever Dr. Vanndana Vaadera - Model, Emcee, Motivational Trainer

The only limitations that we face in our lives are the ones we put on ourselves. That was what someone once said to me. In other words, if you believe in yourself and continue to do so with unwavering strength, eventually, you’ll make it regardless of what other people may say.

Our Woman Achiever surely is a complete package, with so many achievements to her credit that she still continues to upgrade herself. My first meeting with Vanndana Vaadera surely left an undeniable mark on me. As a Master of Ceremonies, she’s a true-blue, live-wire performer on stage. The aura she exudes and gets the audience enthralled with her lilting melodies is mind-boggling.

Vanndana is not just a lawyer, MC, anchor, host or actor, she is also a motivational speaker who can change your mind-set with her talks. Over to the Rockstar on what makes her tick!

What do you consider the main achievements in your life?

Over the years, my main achievements have been the poise and the patience (besides the material accomplishments) with which I can handle any situation. I feel blessed with the respect I have earned from absolute strangers who respect me, follow my work and write to me. It’s an honor to be their mentor and guiding force.

What qualities do Women need to imbibe within themselves to be more Empowered and successful in life?

Women need to realize that their strength comes from within. They don’t need any external driving force. To be successful, one needs 3 C’s – Communication, Co-operation and Co-ordination. If you juxtapose the three with ease, success kisses your feet.

What drives you to be at the Top of your Game? What are your success strategies?

I always endeavored to reinvent and revamp myself. My style and my content always have been my priority to stay at the top. If you remain the same forever, your life and career becomes monotonous.

In a nutshell, my success strategy is to ‘Reawaken my inner divine and a shout-out to my soul to accept and embrace “change” and create something out-of-the-box. Spirituality and meditation has helped me a great deal in achieving this goal.

3 tips to Women to be successful in life.

Hold your head high and believe, that the world rests on your shoulder.
Be determined to succeed. Patience is your inherent quality, amplify it.
