Pune has a
new reason to step out on Friday nights. The Westin Pune Koregaon Park
has unveiled Saxy Grills, a bold new weekly dining and entertainment
experience at its stylish rooftop venue, Asilo. Designed to appeal to
lovers of nightlife, music, and gourmet cuisine, the launch delivered a
striking blend of live saxophone melodies, DJ-driven beats, interactive
robata grills, and smoke-infused cocktails.
The launch
evening opened with a welcome address by Victor Chen, General Manager, The
Westin Pune Koregaon Park, who shared the brand’s vision for a bigger and
more experiential 2026, with immersive dining concepts and elevated hospitality
experiences at the forefront.
As the
evening unfolded, Asilo transformed into a dramatic stage of fire, light,
and rhythm. A soulful live saxophone performance set the mood before the
iconic robata grill was ignited, officially launching Saxy Grills in a
visually stunning moment that captured the spirit of the night.
Conceptualised
as a recurring Friday night IP, Saxy Grills brings together live
saxophone music, high-energy DJ sets, interactive grilling, and curated gourmet
dining, creating a multi-sensory experience where entertainment meets
flavour.
The
exclusive soirée saw the presence of actor Kamakshi Bhat, along with
Pune’s leading influencers, tastemakers, and HNIs, adding glamour and social
buzz to the evening.
Guests were
treated to a flavour-forward menu celebrating the art of grilling, featuring Korean
BBQ, Cottage Cheese Sliders, Grilled Asparagus, Shawarma Chicken, Malaysian
Sambal Chicken, and Lamb Loin, complemented by a signature selection of smoke-infused
cocktails crafted to elevate the fiery theme.
With Saxy
